- The following conditions of sale will be understood to be accepted by the buyer when placing an order.
- Amor de Madre reserves the right to make any modifications which we consider necessary to be able to update products and prices depending on any new innovations. Once an order is confirmed, no changes whatsoever will be considered.
The prices that appear in the present web page include 21 % I.V.A and do not include the costs of postage and handling.
2. POSTAGE AND HANDLING CHARGES
Goods will be dispatched by post. On having confirmed your order we will send an e-mail in which we will detail the total amount of your purchase and the total cost of posting and handling. Amor de Madre is not responsible for the safe receipt of the product, after 20 days (Europe) or 30 days (outside Europe) from the date of shipment.
3. METHODS OF PAYMENT
3.1. Bank transfer: The exact amount to be transferred will be confirmed to the customer by e-mail on receipt of your order. The payment must be made by cash to the bank account indicated in the e-mail of confirmation within a maximum of 5 working days from the placement of the order. In case we have not received the transfer confirmation after 5 working days, the order will be cancelled. Please, don’t forget to mention your full name in the transfer document.
3.2. Credit card / Paypal: The client will be directed to PAYPAL's website. You only need to register your details. Once this is done you can make the payment instantly, in a safe and fast way. PayPal is the safer, faster and smarter way to buy. When the payment is sent, Paypal charges the credit card of the buyer the agreed amount and sends at the same time, when the transaction is authorized, the money to the seller. 4. DELIVERY TIME
The delivery time will be confirmed in the email confirming your order. The delivery time will depend on the country to which the goods will be sent as well as the type of payment you have used. In case the product is not in stock, a new delivery time will be notified to the customer as soon as possible.
If the product does not meet the expectations of the customer, it must be returned within 7 days of receipt, and the total amount paid for the product will be refunded. The return postage and handling charges are for the customer.
In case the goods arrive defective, the customer must inform us within 48 hours of receipt. In case Amor de Madre despatch the wrong product this will be exchanged without further cost to the customer. To accept an exchange, the product must arrive back at Amor de Madre in perfect condition.
7. PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY OF INFORMATION
ADM will never sell, exchange or distribute your personal information to third parties without your explicit consent.
ADM only will contact those persons who ask us specifically to keep them informed about our products. ADM promises not to use the information given by our customers other than to attend correctly to the requested orders. We will only pass information to companies that collaborate in the service we offer such as courier companies, who will also not pass your information to third parties.
In conforming with current legislation, all customers have the right of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition of their information. At any time, the customer can inform us that they do not wish receive any type of advertising.
